@annedreshfield well what I meant by misuse and abuse, was the social element of LiveFyre, namely the fact that a recent post from the senders profile is shared with the blog/forum in question
For example in your case: " My latest conversation: Test"Suppose you were one of those boatload of markerters leaving some spam related message with a link to your monetized blog, your "half on topic" comment would bypass the spam filter, and your "innocent" last post would display prominently.I could technically leave a comment on a top 100 bloggers website, and my entry be valid and on point, but unfairly linking to my site.Suggestion: Consider power bloggers and poweruser websites, and only allow people with a pts ranking of X amount (e.g 900+ ) to leave a comment that also includes the link to their recent blog postSuggestion 2: allow the account user the option of setting the pts rating, poster has to accumulate before he can leave a comment + Link (comments should be allowed though)Suggestion 3: What if your comment is fine, but your latest conversation link is inappropriate for my site? Allow me the option of blocking your link appearing on my site There's more but that's enough for now.. mention it to the powers that are

@einfal If you find that a conversation is going downhill and people are leaving distasteful comments, you can hover your mouse over the Flag link beneath the comment and mark it appropriately. Your readers can do the same to help you moderate the conversation on your blog. Hope this helps!
